Community Health and Wellbeing Alliances / VCSE Networks

The power of community to create health is far greater than any physician, clinic or hospital – Mark Hyman

Community Infrastructure

In Eastern Devon are we have a thriving network of collaborative meetings that bring together a range of partners from across the voluntary and community sector, alongside public sector colleagues including schools, primary care, secondary care, mental health services, town and parish councils, district councils, job centres and social care.

Development of the Eastern Devon Community Infastructure

Our networks/alliances all have slightly different names as they have developed over time with different history, but all serve a similar purpose and are led by passionate individuals (often voluntary!) that are part of organisations key to their community that are striving for better health and wellbeing outcomes for their community.
